Abstract:

Primarily photos of labor camps and views relating to the cotton strike; such as: the strikers' camp in Corcoran (also showing migrant Mexican laborers); strikers at Pixley; the Farm Labor Union in Tulare; scenes after shooting showing a wounded striker; strikers' headquarters; a crowd at the court house in Visalia; etc. Also depicted are Pat Chambers addressing strikers; Frank McDonald (State Labor Commissioner); and Mr. Costa (Mexican Consulate).
